Carl Bode Award
The winner of the Bode Award for this year is "Consumer Activism, Commercialism, and Curriculum Choices: Advertising in Schools in the 1930s. by Inger L. Stole (Assistant Professor at the Institute of Communications Research at the University of Illinois) and Rebecca Livesay (independent scholar and consumer advocate).
